DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of $100 is required to book all appointments. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit will come off the total price at the end of your tattoo. The remainder can be paid at the time of completion in cash or by card. For multi-session projects, the deposit will come off the final session of the piece.

I do not send designs ahead of your appointment. You will see it when you come in, however, minor changes can be made at that time. Major changes may require a reschedule and new deposit. Please be concise when describing what you want to get tattooed. You picked me for a reason, have faith in my creative process!

I have a 15 minute grace period that I will wait for a client - if you are going to be late, please send me an email/message/call. If you are later than 15 minutes without notice that counts as a no-call/no-show and you forfeit your deposit and appointment.

If you need to reschedule I must be given a minimum of 48 hours notice by phone/text. Multiple reschedules may end our working relationship, please only book appointments when you can commit to them.

If you show up with damaged skin (notably sunburn but also open/healing wounds in the area) or sick, I will reschedule you on the spot. Be responsible in the sun and respectful of my health as well. If you show up under the influence, I reserve the right to cancel our appointment and keep your deposit.

If you choose not to get tattooed or don’t show up for your appointment, your deposit will be used to cover wasted time. I do not get paid an hourly wage, nor do I make money for the hours I spend drawing designs which is why deposits are 100% non-refundable.

Touch ups are NOT always free. All tattoos will age, that is part of the process. A touch-up is not a “refresh.” It is easiest to do a “true” touch-up while I am already working on you - in most cases I will nit-pick my own work more than you ever will. Touch ups on other tattooer’s work will be charged my regular hourly rates.

  • How do I book with you?

    Please submit a request through my “appointments” tab on my website. Once approved, I will email you back with a password to access the booking calendar/page. At that point you will pay the deposit and select the date and time of your appointment!

  • Can I bring someone with me?

    Absolutely! We do have a sitting area at Fire Flower that your guest can wait in while you get tattooed. Please do not bring tons of friends/family to your appointment - think of maybe just one. We know that you are excited, but keep in mind we are a small shop and we are trying to do our best to give you a tattoo you are excited about!

  • What are you favorite things to tattoo?

    I love working on anime/manga panels, but also have my own surrealistic/illustrative work that I love to tattoo as well.

    Submissions that favor my personal work or anime/manga panels will typically get faster approval.

  • How much does a tattoo cost from you?

    I charge roughly $200/hr and have a $300 minimum. Most of the manga/anime panels you see cost between $450-650.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    I accept cash/card/touchless payments. I do NOT use or accept Venmo/CashApp/Zelle.

  • Where do you work?

    I tattoo in Rochester, NY at FIRE FLOWER TATTOO STUDIO (I work by appointment only).

    We are in South Town Plaza, directly in-between Firestone Tires and Altitude.
